Coping With PTSD

My seizures have provoked witnesses to call 911 and they stress out my friends. The stress I cause around me increases my anxiety because although I cannot talk, I can hear perfectly and the increased anxiety worsens my seizure. I had to do something proactive so I made the booklet below to send to friends in the mail.

They can read it at home and then, when we are together, I do not have to talk about my condition (unless they have the questions I welcome) and they can know what to do and what not to do.

I'm fond of the layout of the second page—the one with the blank white top—because it references the scribblers we had a children in elementary school that were blank on the top for drawing and lined in light blue ink on the bottom for practicing our printing.

This is the booklet (click on an image to enlarge it).
