Oh my God. Ben Whitshaw. Holy crap. I have seen God in his acting. The man is faultlessly good. And if you have Netflix and want to see a flawless man in an absolutely exquisite movie, watch Mr. Whitshaw as Richard in Lilting. Oh my God!
Lilting is a simple human story of loss told in the most beautiful and moving way. I was weeping at its beauty, constantly. And that is quite something in a movie that is largely in a Chinese dialect. Everyone is perfect in this movie, not by any means, must Mr. Whitshaw.
