Sweet Jesus, these are good! It all started with
The Great British Baking Show and now I am hooked on my new hobby cooking and baking. Yum.

| Potato, tumeric, black mustard seeds and salt, mashed. |
 |
| Cilantro, mint, garlic, chilies, tamarind paste, sugar and salt puréed. |

|
| Cup 40 grams of the potato. |
 |
| Add a teaspoon of the herb mixture, fold, roll and flatten. |
 |
| Et voilà. Ready to be fried up and eaten. |
 |
I made apple chutney to go with it.
 |
