Message from the producer interested in our screenplay...

"Quick update on the script.  The entire team has now read it.  Good news is that everyone likes it - very complimentary in the writing overall.  There are some suggestions on changes that I am gathering and will give you.

Bad News is that the production side is concerned about the budget.  As it is a period piece and has a France component it is going to be more than I thought.  This doesn't mean we don't want to take it on but it does mean it will require a larger financing partner then I first thought.

So, let's talk this week about how to proceed.
