Monday Walk

It's my favourite day to walk in the park - Monday. It is always the quietest day and the earlier I begin, the better but today I did not get started until 11:00 am.

The ferns were brilliant. After two days of rain, the
wetness gave them a bright patina. 

I spent a good twenty minutes feeding the birds pine
nuts that I get cheaply at Costco and grind up. Pine nuts
are very rich in oil and are, therefore, perfect for my
birdie friends.
