It's wrapped in plastic wrap so no moisture escapes. It sits now, in an inverted bowl for two weeks, then the chocolate and nuts go on. All this work. I can hardly wait to cut it into slices at the party and see how it presents. I plan to cut it with HOT knives to get a nice finish on the slices.
