The Ice Cream Cake Has Risen


So now my ice cream cake has its top. From the bottom up this is blueberry, raspberry, orange and lemon layers. To finish it, my new plan is to  compress it, smooth the edges and then coat it with chocolate. Whilst the chocolate is warm, I will sprinkle it with roasted crushed hazelnuts. Currently, each layer is covered in plastic wrap. Hence the wrinkles.
