It is pouring outside. There is an official rainfall warning and they are sandbagging along the road beside Locarno and Spanish Bank beaches because this morning at 9:15 there is a King Tide. So I am donning my wellies and sou'wester and taking the bus out to the beach to walk in the pouring rain and see the tide.
