About Friday

I had lunch with my bro, Dwight. I always love that. Then I went to the beach for a while and saw a friend I have not seen for ages: Tim. Then I came home and made my first blueberry tart with lime curd.

This is my hoja plant. It is in its third year and will likely
bloom next year. It is one of my favourite plants.

When I serve it, the blueberries will be lightly sprinkled
with powdered sugar or I may daub whipping cream in the
centre. I love the curd, so whatever I don't do I will do next
time. I can hardly wait to eat it tomorrow at brunch.
