My friend Chris came for breakfast whilst his wife, Frani, had surgery. He spent the afternoon with her and I did a consultation on a photography career and then we reunited for dinner. I also got a walk in today on the wall and enjoyed the most painless day yet since my sciatica began almost three weeks ago.
