Fun for a Rainy Day

Last night I had fun making some GIFFs. I have been using them to animate emails I send to friends sometimes. GIFFs are short self-animating moving images composed of a finite number of jpegs.

This site allows you to make a GIFF of from 5 seconds to 10 seconds from any film on YouTube. I recently watched a lovely (sentimental) film called Light Rain that is used to raise funds for cancer. I made the GIFF above by instructing the website to use the fames between the 12-second point and 22-second point. It was super easy and fun. I also made the one below.
