Wet, Cold and Nasty

Of course, as we met to walk yesterday morning, clouds started rolling in. This must be the coolest, darkest May ever! It’s 8° as I write this post; it’s a very common daytime temperature here in Winter. In Winter! Shizah!

Yesterday was lovely and gentle, but nothing worth writing about. It was just another day filled with forest walks, short and lovely visits with neighbours who were passing by, a quick trip to the village for supplies, and a night in front of the television.

Today is very damp, it rained last night and it’s misty today, and it’s cloudy. I’ll read and I may do some baking. Plus, I must read the last of the documents sent to me in advance of tomorrow’s orientation meeting with the clinic.
