Spice-Stuffed Potato Cakes
Sweet Jesus, these are good! It all started with
The Great British Baking Show
and now I am hooked on my new hobby cooking and baking. Yum.
Potato, tumeric, black mustard seeds and salt, mashed.
Cilantro, mint, garlic, chilies, tamarind paste, sugar and salt puréed.
Cup 40 grams of the potato.
Add a teaspoon of the herb mixture, fold, roll and flatten.
Et voilà. Ready to be fried up and eaten.
I made apple chutney to go with it.
